Part One
There are only two types of Americans:
those which are laughed at by every other culture on the
planet, and those who are embarrassed to be associated
with the first kind. The purpose of this site is to help
those in the first category to join the ranks of those
in the second, and to reassure those in the second category
that reinforcements are on the way.
Hooliator will attempt to discuss the stereotypes
which the rest of the world holds regarding Americans. But
first let's promise to be honest with ourselves, sometimes
we do deserve it. Other times it is case of he who laughs
last, laughs best.
Let us examine the reasons why the
rest of the world laughs at most Americans but not at others.
