A beautiful tree lined walk leads up to Chenonceau.
This fairy tale castle has it's own vineyards. Go in
the spring and summer to see them in their full green
glory.
Chenonceau stands over the lovely Loire river which
runs under this long ball room. This room served as a
field hospital in the Great War for wounded soldiers.
The beautiful river view requires occasional cleaning...
