Bunkmates: Part Zero
|
| |
|
Before I go on for ages and pages about my
bunkmates… oh wait, I didn’t tell you. This hotel
is a hostel. That means you share your room with COMPLETE
STRANGERS. It’s really not that scary, I made lots
of new friends that way. But I diverge.
|
There was one thing
I forgot to mention: smelly feet. I don’t have them.
But in London, everyone has them. This is because of a
fungus which just LOVES England. It
lives wherever there is moisture and feet. That means around
swimming pools, near ponds, in your shoes, and yes, even
in the shower. Just bring some cheap flip-flops to wear in
the shower. This will help.
|
If you get fungalized there’s
a cream you can buy for about a million bucks that
will kill
the stuff.
Otherwise just keep your feet dry whenever possible.
The fungus dies when it leaves England.
There's a secret
place in the hotel from where you get this view ~~~~~~~>

So ANYWAY! Back to the roommate thing. The
hostel has lots of different room sizes from private and
up to ( I think)
8 bunks. As I was alone, I really enjoyed the six bunk rooms.
I kept getting groups of people; which was really cool. |
