It was late 1999. I
was using my super fast 56k internet connection when
I stumbled
across something I had never
seen before: "postcardware". I was curious.
So I clicked. And I've been using it ever since.
Back in those days it was just called "EditPad" and
all you had to do to get a license was send a postcard
of where you live. I moonlight as a photographer, so
I sent a postcard of my own making.
Nowadays "EditPad" is called "EditPad
Lite" and it's
even cheaper as FREE costs less than a stamp to Holland.
And if you need, or want a more powerful program you
can kick down the €40 (like me) and get EditPad
Pro. Most people will probably only need the
free
version.
Click on the banner to get it.
If you want more info keep reading. I'll (briefly) explain
both versions below. But first, a small screen shot of
EditPad
Pro. Click on the image to get a full size (1024x768) screen shot.
JGSoft has a number of other products which are designed
for programmers. Hooliator does not use them because
Hooliator is not a programmer. If you want to see them
click on the banner up top to go to the JGSoft site.
